吸取上次鸡翅不熟的失败经验,饼子这次请来了幕后厉害的帮手,李锦记麻婆豆腐酱!

首先我们准备一下材料.

🍮 豆腐             兩盒

🐷 肉泥             半磅

⚱️                 一點點

🥗                 兩把

🍥                 1/4

🥘 李錦記麻婆豆腐醬   一盒


姜、蔥,蒜切沫備好.


蒜頭姜沫翻炒一下肉泥


倒入李錦記 麻婆豆腐醬


豆腐切磚


加入豆腐、蔥段沫和適量醬油調味.

快好的時候加太白粉勾芡.


登登登登~!好了!
