事情的起因是这样的,我总嫌我母上煮的汤面里菜太多,吃了方便面这种只有面的东西又嫌菜太少。对,大家好,我的名字叫矫情。

吸取上次海带太辣盖过泡面汤的教训,这回我决定:煮辣泡面!不能更机智。加了家里的剩西兰花和洋葱。美国芹菜味道淡得可以忽略于是随便加。想吃肉加一片剁掉的火鸡胸。个人喜欢海带和木耳所以也加加加。

哎呀,水少了。

所以这就是为什么我的重庆小面一点都不辣的原因了呢。

不过这一顿还是相对成功的,辣味的调料把所有食材带到了一起,除了吃到火鸡肉的时候会有一点点出戏。唯一的问题就是西兰花和芹菜煮的时间有点长,不过也还好,软软的也挺好吃。

因为不是重庆人也没吃过传说中的小面(对),我也不能说这个面是不是正宗、是不是还原,但我觉得作为泡面来说它还挺好吃的。

粉包牛肉味很冲,汤很鲜,说白了就是泡面味管他是不是调制出来的,反正我吃了蔬菜我健康的很哼(真的可以吗),味道有就行了呗。说到底这只是包泡面来着(。作为一个不常吃辣的人我觉得辣包味道还挺好的不小心咬到辣椒皮的话似乎还有些谜之酱香味?

但在我把粉包辣包都倒进这一大锅水的前提下,辣包被稀释得刚刚好,我吃的时候都不用喝水(也就是基本不辣了),但是汤还足够咸不会没味细思极恐。虽然来美之后在尽量低钠,但我其实很嗜咸好吧,反正要不是稀释到我这份上,估计没人喝汤。


菜包和粉包是合在一起的,我并不是很喜欢这个设计。像我这种每次都要把菜包全放粉包只放一半的人就很尴尬了这也是为啥我这回把粉包全扔里的原因对,为了泡面包里那两片脱水蔬菜咸了我也愿意但是菜并不是普通泡面给的那种碎碎的蔬菜,煮出来能看到比较大的叶子。如果我不扔我这些乱七八糟估计也是一个很大的惊喜了。

面的话我还是相当喜欢的,我一直对各种粉丝粉条宽粉米粉河粉凉粉之类的食物毫无抵抗力,看见名字就想吃。而且由于煮的时间不长,也还挺劲道。由于是干的所以也比较进味(这逻辑真的可以吗)。


总之这个面还是很好吃的,推荐给能吃或不能吃辣的各位。不是很能吃辣的话像我一样扔点零七八碎进去兑点水,不会太淡还赚了一碗出来
