Taste:Sweet and spicy. good smell! You can smell the fragrance as soon as you open the package! Sweet top notes! With a little umami of kelp! But the spiciness comes back, it's really spicy… It's so spicy that I can't speak… During that time, I needed a pack of kelp with a half bottle of water… It was later used to cook instant noodles. After soaking in hot water to remove the oil, it was neither sweet nor fragrant, but it was still spicy, the kind of spicy that penetrated into the bones. Kelp: This kelp is really well-deserved! Among the six brands I bought, only its kelp is large and large! Others are either shredded or small pieces! He really is a blockbuster! Taste: Some white vinegar or rice vinegar flavor, some sour but no balsamic vinegar or mature vinegar brewing flavor. In fact, at first, I felt a little obsessed with the taste, but the more I ate it, the more I wanted to eat it, and the subtle taste other than the sour taste came out. It was not very spicy, but it was just right. And a little kelp taste, lovely.
Kelp: not silk, but small pieces. Slightly hard and crunchy, I thought it was undercooked at first, but later I found that the crunchy one was delicious.
Taste: slightly salty, recommended with rice. The flavours are rich, somewhat spicy and mostly savory. Some vinegar garnished, not sour, but just added a flavor. All in all, it's pretty appetizing.
Kelp: Slightly thick, but the quality of the kelp is not bad. There are some short pieces, but most are whole kelp strands, and they're quite long. Slightly crispy, but not as hard as BESTORE, and the heat is just right like a cannibal. Because it is kelp silk, it is more convenient to eat than to create a large piece of cannibalism. The form of cannibalism is more suitable for making snacks or dismantling them all to make them into dishes.
Taste: I personally like this flavor the most, it's really fresh. The saltiness is just right, and the overall savory taste makes people want to eat it. A little bit of spiciness adds the finishing touch, and the whole layer is enriched.
Seaweed: Similar to the tongue, but slightly crushed and soft, not very chewy. But the umami and salty seafood of the kelp is still outstanding and not overwhelmed by the seasoning.

一言难尽…
味道:超级咸,不能直接吃,肯定要就饭。加上一种谜之酱味但不觉得香… 不懂点在哪… 但使劲嚼!使劲!使劲之后!在大量盐分背后,还是有一点点海带味的!
海带:整是真的,相较来说也比较宽比较厚。但是吃起来是硬的!不脆,但也不是咬不动,也不软,也不肉道,没有口感,就是硬的… 我能怎么办我也很无奈🤦♀️
味道:很浓的泡椒味!也很辣!但我个人不是很喜欢泡椒,所以也吃不出什么香味,又被辣的没脾气… 搁在嘴里没有再吃一口的欲望… 现在看着剩下的29包我也很绝望…
海带:比较整,当然肯定会比较细比较碎,但相对来说大部分还比较整比较长的。但对不起口腔被辣到没有感觉,没尝出什么口感,就眼睛的观察来看应该也挺脆的… 吧?
味道:甜辣口味。很香!开包就能闻见香味!前调甜甜的!带着一点海带的鲜味!但后面辣味反上来,是真辣… 辣到我说不出话那种… 那段时间我一包海带要配一瓶半的水… 后来用来煮泡面,用热水泡过去油去味之后,不甜了也不香了,但还是辣,渗进骨子里的那种辣。是真辣,死辣,辣到我怀疑它是不是化学物质调的🙃
海带:这个海带真的当之无愧的好!我买的这六个牌子里面只有它的海带是一大片一大片的!别的不是切成丝就是小块!他真的是大片!几乎像平常做菜用的一样!有嚼头,肉道,还保留一点脆!火候恰到好处!这个海带真的好吃!
味道:一入口感觉有些白醋或米醋调味,有些酸但没有香醋或陈醋的酿造味道。其实刚开始我是觉得味道有些迷的,但是后来越吃越想吃,吃出了除酸味之外的微妙味道,不是很辣,但却恰到好处。又有一点海带的味道,可爱。
海带:不是丝,是小块。略硬脆,我刚开始以为没熟,后来发现脆的也还挺好吃。
味道:略咸,建议配饭。味道很丰富,有些辣,主要是咸鲜。有些醋点缀了一下,不酸,只是提了个味。综合起来还挺开胃。
海带:略厚,一看海带质量还不错。有一些短小的片段,但大部分都是整海带丝,而且还挺长。略脆,但不像良品铺子那么硬,像创食人一样火候恰到好处。因为是海带丝,就饭吃也比创食人那种大片要方便。创食人的形式比较适合做零食或者全部拆开分散打散来做进菜里。
味道:个人最喜欢这个味道,是真鲜。咸度恰到好处,整体咸鲜让人吃了还想吃,点了一点辣味上去画龙点睛,整个层次丰富起来。
海带:类似味到舌足,但略碎略软,不是很有嚼头。但海带的鲜味咸味海味还很突出,没有被调味压住。

一直吃乌江 没吃过别的 看来可以试试了😂
