In fact, the ingredients are very random. To put it bluntly, you can add whatever you want. I added tofu and cabbage, and I only chose fish as the meat because I didn’t want the taste to be too mixed.

Choose the fresh fish and it will not be very fishy. Just add a little cooking wine. If you are afraid of the fishy smell, you can soak the onion and ginger in water, or add a little lemon juice to marinate it

In fact, I chose Chongqing Laokong's pickled cabbage and fish hot pot base, which is super affordable for only $1.49, so the fish and tofu dish is only $7. Inside is a simple sauerkraut bag, but the taste is enough to drip without adding other seasonings.

Fish slices, um, this is the first time I sliced fish, I just pressed the flesh of the fish with one hand and sliced it diagonally into 0.5 cm thick slices. 来来来给大家安利个超简单的酸菜鱼火锅,可以说是不需要任何技巧了,就是煮煮煮



材料其实就很随意,说白了想加什么就加什么,我加了豆腐和白菜,肉就只选了鱼因为不想味道太杂。

鱼肉选新鲜一点的就不会很腥稍微加点料酒就行,要是怕腥味可以用葱姜泡葱姜水,或者加一点柠檬汁腌一下

其实我选的是重庆老孔的酸菜鱼火锅底料,性价比超高只要$1.49,所以加上鱼和豆腐这一道菜只需$7就够。里面就是简单的一个酸菜包,但味道是够滴完全不用加别的调料。

鱼切片,嗯我也是第一次片鱼片,就一只手按着鱼肉一只手斜片成0.5厘米厚的鱼片。其实切的难看一点也无所谓,都是要紧肚子的哈哈。去腥就像上面说的可以先拿葱姜水,或一点柠檬汁腌一下。再拌上一点料酒,淀粉和蛋清轻轻抓匀。

锅里冷水加一包酸菜火锅料,先把豆腐放进去,豆腐煮久一点也没关系的,还更入味。

中火等水烧开了放入鱼片和青菜稍微烫熟就可以了,煮太久菜会变色鱼也会碎。
