【Fried Chicken Kitchen】Simple and Delicious Fried Rice Noodles
Today's dinner is this fried rice roll noodles. I usually go to the supermarket to buy this kind of cooked rice roll noodles, but it is cold and the taste is not as good as the fresh ones made at home. So I made a simple fried rice roll, and immediately turned the supermarket goods into a delicious dinner!
Materials: 2/3 box of rice rolls (this time I bought rice rolls with shallots and dried shrimps, I think the dried shrimps are very flavorful), 2 eggs, 1 shallot, 2 pieces of garlic, appropriate amount of Fu chili sauce
Cut the rice rolls diagonally into sections, beat the eggs with salt and pour in the rice rolls to coat the rice rolls with the egg liquid (you can add cornstarch to the egg liquid if you want to hang it, but I don’t think it’s necessary)
After the oil is hot, add the egg rolls and stir-fry until the egg liquid solidifies.
Put the egg sausage roll aside, pour a little oil in the empty space, add garlic slices and scallions, stir fry, then add two tablespoons of Fu Chili Sauce and stir fry until fragrant, then mix with sausage roll and stir fry for a while

Later, I fried a portion with shiitake mushroom sauce, which is also very good. It has a slightly sweet taste. You can choose this sauce according to your own preferences. If you are safe, Lao Ganma will not go wrong.

【炸鸡厨房】简单美味炒肠粉
今天的晚餐就是这个炒肠粉啦,平时懒得自己蒸肠粉会去超市买这种做好的,但是毕竟是冷的,口感没有自己家里新鲜做的这么好。所以自己简单做了个炒肠粉,立刻让超市货变身美味晚餐!
材料:肠粉2/3盒(这次买的是青葱虾米肠粉,我觉得虾米很增味),鸡蛋两颗,小葱一根,大蒜两片,福辣酱适量
肠粉斜着切成段,鸡蛋加盐打散之后倒入肠粉让蛋液裹住肠粉(想要挂的住可以在蛋液里加玉米淀粉,但我觉得没必要)
锅油热了之后加入鸡蛋肠粉炒一下等鸡蛋液凝固了就行。
把鸡蛋肠粉拨到一边,在空出来的地方倒一点油,加入蒜片和葱段炒一下之后加入两大勺福辣酱煸炒出香味之后与肠粉混合炒一下
当当当!是不是很简单!香的不得了!我觉得福辣酱配什么都好吃,百搭!
后来用香菇酱炒了一份也很不错哦微甜的口味,这个酱汁可以看自己喜好来,保险的话老干妈这种就一定不会错。
