【两分钟教你煮奶茶】虽然现在快进入春天了,但是奶茶这种东西,啥时候都能喝啊!我真的太喜欢奶茶了,但是我们村没有奶茶店,所以就自己动手煮啦~自己煮的奶茶不含添加剂,喝起来也很安心


首先准备好茶包,我在亚米买的这款锡兰红茶。炒鸡实惠,红茶味很香很浓厚。二十五包能用好久滴



 




比例  100ml牛奶:5g


1. 煮焦糖 把糖放进锅里 加水 开最小的火 直到糖溶进水里 然后再煮就会变成焦糖 【这一步一定要耐心用小火煮焦糖】






2. 焦糖形成后,迅速往锅里倒牛奶 这一步就可以开中火了 【事后不用怕锅难洗 一刷就下来了】


3. 煮至牛奶上方飘着一层奶皮 放入茶包 【我用的是200ml/一个茶包,喜欢茶味重一点的可以多放一个】


4. 用勺子挤压茶包,使茶的味道更浓郁【千万不要用筷子,否则茶包很容易破】


5. 煮至出现奶皮,捞出茶包 就能享受香喷喷的焦糖奶茶啦









首先把商店里买的珍珠放在水里煮。水要放多,水少的话珍珠可能会黏在一起




 



火候不用太大,一开始煮的时候珍珠是沉下去的,顺时针搅拌,中间不断轻轻翻动。10-15分钟后珍珠变大,把火关了,在锅里闷一下。

这时候锅里的水都是黑灰黑灰的,倒入滤网,用冷水冲洗珍珠。
