银鹭有好多种，很想买紫米的那个但我买的时候总是断货🤣
一打开就闻着甜甜的，黑米玉米燕麦糯米红豆黑芝麻高粱什么的配料超级多，但也有…食品添加剂😐嗯不然怎么保存这么久
所以建议大家应急的时候吃一罐可以，要想天天吃还是自己煮粥比较好哦！
