感觉这个四川胃的话题能让我把库存的速食都吃光😂
今天早上吃的是宜宾燃面～
面饼被单独封装，精致～
随包的只有一包XO酱和一个汤包
这个XO酱是目前我吃到过最好吃的XO酱！肉粒好大颗，没有腥味，正不正宗不清楚，好吃才是最重要的！😝
煮面过程是我之前在微博上看到李小鹏的做法～
1️⃣把全部Xo酱倒进去，加水至面饼略低的位置，微波1分钟
2️⃣翻个面，再微波两分钟
3️⃣这时候面饼已经软了，用筷子搅散，打入一个鸡蛋，微波2分钟
4️⃣5️⃣鸡蛋基本成型，用面把鸡蛋藏起来，微波1分钟，【如果喜欢cheese也可以加一片……
6️⃣大功告成！
🌸这样做出来的面汤都被吸收干净了，这个面本来就是拌面，这样做出来也不会有多余水分，刚刚好。喜欢吃糖心蛋的话，减少微波时间就可以了🌸
赠的汤包我也泡了，咸香口味的，其实味道还可以，但是上面漂了一层油，我就没喝……【大早上也不能太太太太重口了……😝】
最后搭配的还是最爱“大麻茶”……😈
这个面总的来说还可以，不是特别辣的那种，但是它的酱料真的很好吃！加上筋道的面饼，很像国内卖的现做的面！强烈推荐哦～
