【炸鸡厨房】怀念家乡味?超简单用春卷皮做出香酥可口的韭菜盒子!

如果你觉得春卷皮是用来做春卷的,那就图样图森破了。春卷皮的用处可大着呢!

春卷皮不但能做出香脆的春卷,还能做出完全不输传统饼皮的韭菜盒子!


内馅材料:鸡蛋,韭菜,粉丝,虾皮,香油适量,盐。如果材料不全,就只加韭菜鸡蛋也OK的!

粉丝提前泡软切碎。

先炒鸡蛋,炒熟的鸡蛋尽量搅散一些。

韭菜切碎,加入香油和盐拌匀,再加入剩下的料,可以尝一尝咸度看看要不要再加盐调味。

包的时候手太脏了没拍照,借用两张网图(来自美食天下)说明一下叠法,其实就是包口袋一样

春卷皮要两张叠在一起用,不然太薄的皮容易破,吃起来也没那么有存在感。

包的方法:先下往上折,再左右折,最后上面那个角折下来插在下面形成的缝中做成一个不会散的小口袋。


小火,加点油把封口的那一面向下开始煎,煎到两面金黄差不多就可以出锅了。韭菜盒子里面都是很好熟或者已经熟了的食材。

春卷做的饼皮超级酥脆,和里面的韭菜鸡蛋口感刚好形成反差,给你体验一把不一样的韭菜盒子口感~芝麻油的味道尤其重要,让整个韭菜盒子的味道都上了一层楼。

春卷做的韭菜盒子相比传统的更偏健康食品,因为皮薄所以 碳水化合物比较少(忽略馅料里面的粉丝哈哈哈)。
