However, I think adding a little water starch has a more potato "cake" feel, and the taste is softer and glutinous. It is best to fry it until it is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.


Materials: One large potato , water starch, onion, black pepper, salt, vegetable oil

1. Potatoes can be cut faster with a grater, but I still cut them myself. I like to cut shredded potatoes the most. As long as the knife is sharp enough, it is not easy to cut them.


*Cut it as finely as possible so that it will be more crispy.

2. Put the shredded potatoes in a large bowl, add water starch, vegetable oil, black pepper and salt and stir well, so that the shredded potatoes are all stuck to the starch. (You can also add chili powder and cumin powder according to your own preferences.)

3. Pour a little oil into the pan, spread it evenly, then add shredded potatoes when the pan is hot, pat it flat with a spatula to form a cake, and fry slowly over low heat.

【炸鸡厨房】焦香土豆丝饼一步到位~简单美味还高颜值你不心动么?!

在我心中外表平平但是吃起来惊为天人的食物 No.1 —— 土豆又出现了~

今天我们的土豆君是以土豆饼的形式出现在我们的面前。

其实理论上来说做一个土豆饼只需要土豆和盐就可以了,因为土豆本身就是有淀粉的所以可以煎成饼木有问题。*而且加入了水淀粉起了一个粘合剂的作用~

不过我觉得加点水淀粉的话更有土豆“饼”的感觉,口感更软糯,煎到外脆内软是最棒的。


材料:一个大土豆 ,水淀粉,葱,黑胡椒粉,盐 ,植物油

1. 土豆可以用刨丝器比较快,但是我还是自己切的,我最喜欢切土豆丝,只要刀够锋利,就不太会切到手


*尽量切细一点,到时候吃起来比较脆。

2. 把土豆丝放在一个大碗,里面加入水淀粉,植物油,黑胡椒粉和盐搅拌均匀,让土豆丝都挂住淀粉糊糊。(也可以凭自己的喜好加入辣椒粉啊孜然粉。)

3. 锅里倒一点油,要抹匀了,然后等锅烧热加入土豆丝,用铲子拍平变成一张饼,用小火慢煎。

4.等一面金黄并且固定不会散了之后,就翻面煎另一面,

*其实土豆丝很细很容易熟的~小火千万不要糊了
