Braised Chicken Wings with Potatoes, a very common home-cooked dish, easy to make and delicious👍And potatoes are highly nutritious, beautiful and lose weight. If you don’t want to take too much potato starch, you can soak diced potatoes in brine10minutes, first-class meal😋😋😋  span>

【Coey私人厨房】土豆焖鸡翅

土豆焖鸡翅,一个非常普通的家常小菜,制作简单,味道非常不错👍而且土豆营养极高,美容又减肥,不想摄取过多土豆淀粉的可以用盐水浸泡切块的土豆10分钟,下饭一流😋😋😋 


230克鸡翅(大概6只,在鸡翅两面划几刀更入味),用2汤匙酱油、1汤匙绍兴酒(料酒也可以)、1茶匙麻油、1/2茶匙盐、1/2茶匙糖、适量的胡椒粉,放冰箱腌制2小时 

热锅下油,将4片姜片爆香,再放入鸡翅、两面煎香,盛起待用 

热锅下油,加4片蒜、姜片爆香,再放入3-4个切块的土豆炒4-5分钟后,加1汤匙蚝油炒至土豆金黄


加入煎好的鸡翅,加水至食材的一半处,中小火焖半小时至水分收干即可⬇️
