Yami 특선 【自制黑糖珍珠奶茶】 这几天正好在做魔都的珍珠奶茶盲测评比就想着来发下自己做的珍珠!! (顺便吐槽下国内的珍珠真的是比美国的好吃太多……美国进货源真的堪忧) 关键一点就是把红糖水在锅子里煮沸的时候粉“趴”的倒进去!!! 不要把水倒进粉里!!容易失败!!容易失败!!容易失败!! 但我觉得这样有个问题就是粉容易揉不匀… 但总体的成功率比水倒进粉里高很多 还有就是因为其实这个时候红薯淀粉已经被烫熟了,如果喜欢吃有嚼劲的煮的时候可以缩短时间,我觉得5分钟已经有点长了(不过也要根据你珍珠的大小来看)
