Cut up the fish tofu and put it in a bowl for later use. The little square is very cute~

It's good to cut green peppers into small circles. This method of cutting is not sophisticated at all, so the kitchen buddies can also cut them out~ Just chop the long green peppers short, it's very simple~ If you like spicy food, put more. If you like spicy food, put a little less. In fact, it also depends on the spiciness of the peppers, you need to consider this yourself~

The next step is to add pepper and ginger to the hot pot. This step is mainly to enhance the fragrance and remove the fishy smell. Put a little less oil, because fish tofu oil is heavy and absorbs oil, so be sure not to shake your hands, just a little oil.

After sauteing, add the fish tofu and fry it on a low heat (because it is cut small and there is no place to fry it, it is more fragrant after frying)

After frying, add green peppers, continue to stir fry, and stir-fry the green peppers until soft. If the green pepper is not easy to fry softly, pour some water and boil it, make a point, a little water, don't pour a bowl. Then pour in a little steamed fish soy sauce to enhance the umami and saltiness of the green peppers.

【秀羊厨房】青椒鱼豆腐 Level 1

这个菜简直是新手必备啊。草鸡简单,危殆也绝对不会差,因为鱼豆腐是已经经过调味的。

所以你只需要把材料放在锅里炒熟,就可以端上桌啦。非常棒有没有~~

那我先在就分享给你们如何做这一道青椒鱼豆腐吧~

首先当然是原材料啦嘿~鱼豆腐,你想吃多少拿多少出来。

然后咱们给它用刀切一下,画十字,把一块切成4小块~

切小一点有两个原因:

1.因为鱼豆腐本身油脂味重一些,太大一块一次吃会很容易闷油,有点腻

2.切小一点更容易进味,是每一块鱼豆腐都有辣辣的味道

 

切好鱼豆腐放在碗里备用。 小小的方方的很可爱哟~

青椒切成小圈就好,这个切法一点都不考究手艺所以厨房小白也可以切出来哟~就是把长长的青椒剁短,很简单~喜欢吃辣的多放一点,不喜欢吃辣的少放一点。其实也取决于辣椒的辣度,这个自己需要斟酌一下~

接着就是热锅放入花椒和姜,这一步主要是为了增香去腥。油少放一点,因为鱼豆腐油重还吸油,所以一定不要手抖,一点油就好。

爆香以后放入鱼豆腐,用小火煎一下(因为切小了每个面有没煎到的地方,煎一煎比较香)

煎好以后放入青椒,继续翻炒,把青椒炒软。如果青椒不容易炒软,就倒点水煮一下,划重点,一点水,千万别倒一碗。然后倒入少许蒸鱼豉油,提升青椒的鲜味和盐味。

然后品尝一下就可以出锅啦~!!

把香葱撒在上面~好次的青椒鱼豆腐就做好啦~
