※Required materials: cream    sugar   sesame    toothpicks    piping bag

叉叉这一年做过的美食——圣诞草莓雪人红丝绒戚风蛋糕(可爱草莓人)

这个的图留的不咋多了......     

其实就是一个很普通的(红丝绒)戚风蛋糕坯+一群可爱的草莓小人罢了

值得一提的是   配方中需要红曲粉染色用   我怎么找也找不到    然后圣诞前一次去亚超的时候发现了红曲米....就是这个

我能怎么办呢.....我只能取一部分出来放在保鲜袋里拿擀面杖使劲儿碾啊碾    然后再过筛过筛过筛

好辛苦...............

然后蛋糕坯子烤出来之后要分层    我直接拿一把小水果刀就开始割了    结果发现十分不好割

功课不做足就会像我这样!!!!

后来在Amazon上搜蛋糕套装才知道还有专门给蛋糕分层的工具    就像锯子似的

反正这个坯子也是割失败了    做不出那种一层坯子一层奶油的效果了

最后就在蛋糕顶层抹了奶油

做草莓小人比较有意思    其实平时就可以做做玩一玩

※需要材料: 奶油    白砂糖   芝麻    牙签    裱花袋

※奶油加白砂糖打发至七八分    先放入冰箱冷藏一下比较好定型   不然容易化   尤其冬天室内有暖气或者热空调的时候(实在懒直接买打发好的奶油吧哈哈哈)

※草莓从1/3处切开   备用

※拿出打好的奶油装入装好裱花嘴的裱花袋(实在没有裱花袋就用保鲜袋也行)

※在大块(2/3半)草莓上挤上奶油再盖回小帽子

※用牙签沾黑芝麻做眼睛(当时家里只有白芝麻orz)   再沾取少量奶油做扣子(这一步有一点点麻烦   因为要保证扣子圆圆的才最可爱!)

另外蛋糕中心那一坨是当时突发奇想...........emmmmmm

最旁边还做了一点小装饰~~~

光看最顶层这个蛋糕还是能看的哈哈哈    不过我再也不想碾红曲米了

哦   最后别忘了撒上糖粉做装饰    更有圣诞氛围哦~    当时我家里其实是有糖粉的    我给忘了_(:з」∠)_
