How to use broccoli stalks! Zero error spicy hot pot

Materials:

Oyster sauce

Practice: Mince the onion, ginger, and garlic, and divide into 2 portions. Put one in the sliced beef, add soy sauce, salt, and honey to marinate. Add oil to the pot, about 4tbsp, add the second portion of onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, hot pot base and soy sauce. After frying the aroma, add the washed and cut vegetables. 西兰花梗利用方法!零失误麻辣香锅
大家好,在村里的小伙伴们有没有发现很少见到青笋。最近发现西兰花的梗打了皮以后和青笋的口感一毛一样。所以心血来潮做了一个麻辣香锅。
材料:
各种蔬菜
牛肉
火锅底料
酱油
蚝油
花椒
香菜
芝麻
小葱
姜
蒜
做法:葱姜蒜切末,分2份。一分放在切片的牛肉里,加入酱油,盐,和蜂蜜一丢丢腌制。锅里加油,大概4tbsp的样子,加入第二份葱姜蒜,花椒,火锅底料和酱油。炒出香味后,加入洗好切好的蔬菜,蔬菜尽量沥干水分哦不然会溅油。炒到蔬菜变软时,加入牛肉,蚝油,大火炒干。撒上香菜,芝麻就好啦!
