I will have a sore throat as long as I eat two packets of fried instant noodles on the same day, so I dare not eat too much

Know what noodles you want to eat



There are three packs of noodles, three packs of double onion oil packs and three packs of seasoning powder packs

It's time to cook the noodles!


Take out the noodles and put them in boiling water (the water needs to be boiled a little more, because the noodles will absorb a lot of water)

Cook approximately6-7minutes

I added two greens and lunch meat by myself

台湾老妈拌面 小拌面 古早味双葱油细面

之前试过老妈拌面的葱油开洋口味,觉得很好吃就再试试这个牌子的另外一种面


现在喜欢吃各种非油炸的面,不希望上火啊


而且这些面是比那些油炸方便面健康很多的


我这个人只要同一天吃两包油炸方便面就会喉咙痛的,所以又不敢吃太多


所以只能吃这类型的面啦~





这个叫双葱油面是因为有洋葱和葱

里面一共有三捆面条,三包双葱油包和三包调味粉包


三次的分量


不用怕不够调料




现在开始煮面了!


把面条取出,放进滚水中(水需要煮多一点,因为面会吸很多水)


稍微搅拌面条





煮大概6-7分钟

或者依照自己的个人爱好调整时间




面煮好后就可以把面捞出来了


这种面不是很长,用筷子就很容易夹出来了



就一个面有点单调了


我自己加了两条青菜和午餐肉


食材不多,只能做低配版的拌面了



加入那包调味粉包


都是一些颗粒 咸咸的



最后加入双葱油包


双葱油包真的有很多油啊,酱就不太多



把面搅拌好就可以吃了~


简简单单的一碗面


味道有一点点甜 不会很咸


面条只要不煮太久就不会糊 


一个面的分量不是很多,我吃了觉得才刚好
