云片糕-上海哒!

















我吃过好多牌子好多地方买的云片糕,但我一直以为全是我爸出差回来从高速那种休息站买回来的哈哈哈哈,对不起爸爸……


我记得小时候吃过的有桂花味的,芝麻味的,核桃味的炒鸡好次呀!(此处要用网图吸引眼球了对不起!)

这几张图还体现了云片糕另一个特点,就是久藏不硬,柔可绕指,抖落成片,我记得名字的由来还是因为乾隆对诗对不上哈哈哈哈。

吃的时候配茶最好了!解甜,而且云片糕有一丢丢干了对我来说,所以也解渴。一大块打开,一小片一小片撕开来。谁一口吞的简直暴殄天物好嘛!这一片韧性好的可以打卷卷但不断,正直吃到嘴里又是非常柔软的口感。我不会马上嚼,会放在嘴里之后尽量平铺在舌头上,再抿一下,酱紫能让粉更送一点,还能让舌头更贴住云片糕,再常一波甜香。

如果是里面加你核桃或者芝麻的,口感是完全不一样的,我超爱这种能嚼起来嘎吱嘎吱,但是本质还是软软的糕点。
