说实话我以前一直没吃过XO这个名字总给我一种奇怪的感觉应该会很辣很重口那种,我脑补的对象一直是豆瓣酱之类的来着。这回亚米爸爸好好给我上了一课——原来XO酱这么高端大气又如此平易近人

本身打算今天打算给自己弄些庄重的午饭,结果在屋里转了一圈之后我终于面对了冰冷的现实:巧妇都难为无米之炊更何况是我了

然后突然灵光一闪脑袋上冒了个灯泡!啊对还有我收到的XO酱!再次感谢亚米爸爸!

于是搜刮出了前些日子弄回来的挂面和木耳,再加上家中常备的frozen veggie(我强烈推荐玉米并打了冻西兰花一巴掌),煮了个面汤

我给你们嗦挂面就是应该煮面汤的!

加盐,生抽,鸡粉煮好之后尝了尝咸淡,还ok,但从里到外显出一种平淡思及此处我激动地打开了XO酱并放了一小勺(图里的有点散显得还挺多

浓浓的海鲜味扑面而来

酱料里的原料清晰可见——这可是真家伙!

整碗面立刻上了一个档次



最神的是将酱料拌开,油和酱与热面汤充分融合,其中的鲜味一下被激发开来,闻着差点舍不得吃!

而且看这个漂亮的颜色!!

酱里有着虾的鲜味,味道复合,略微有那么一点点辣。贝柱丝特别显眼,还有数量众多的干虾和个头更大、颜色更鲜艳的樱花虾。这只是一小勺的量,更不要说剩下的一整瓶了

这酱虽然油多但不腻,味鲜但不腥,无论什么菜式什么口味都能hold住。只要一点点就能把素面汤变成色香味具全的高端午餐

鲜艳的颜色,略微浓稠的面汤,还有咸鲜的味道,再点上两滴香油
