The vegetable buns of this hot pot are dry buns, and all vegetables are soaked in water. The advantage is that it is more hygienic, but the disadvantage is that it tastes a bit fake...Haidilao's base has always been okay, but the taste of the vegetables is a little bit worse, but the fans are okay.



The boiled vermicelli is not much different from the boiled one. It is refreshing and delicious when soaked in the juice. But the portion is a bit small! Fans are still not full after eating!



The yellow stuff in the vegetables is sweet pepper, which is very strange. First of all, it is strange to soak dried vegetables, and secondly, does anyone eat hot pot with sweet peppers? The piece I picked up seems to be a potato or a yam, I don't remember much, it's just so-so.

As mentioned above, the amount is too small, and there is no meat, I am really not full. So in order to save this hot pot, I additionally cooked Huazhi balls, cabbage and hor fun in a pot, and then poured them into a small hot pot to soak and eat, and finally I was full. Don't be afraid of hard work, do more and eat more, 冬天就要吃点好!

因为懒,默默地打开了自热火锅

冬天一到,一堆人在朋友圈发了火锅的照片,惹得我特别馋,但是呢,我又很懒切菜洗锅,于是就默默地打开了我的海底捞自热火锅!


这一款火锅的菜包都是干包,所有蔬菜都靠水泡,好处是比较卫生吧,但坏处啊吃起来口感有点假……海底捞的底料一向都还可以,就是这蔬菜的口感差了一点点,粉丝还可以。



粉丝煮出来和水煮的没太大差别,爽爽的,泡在汁里特别好吃。但是分量有点少啊!吃完粉丝还是不顶饱!



蔬菜里面黄黄的是甜辣椒,感到非常奇怪。首先干蔬菜泡着就已经奇怪,其次,有谁吃火锅放甜辣椒的吗?我夹的这一片好像是土豆还是山药,不太记得了,一般般。



然后就是香菇,香菇是这里面口感最好的了,拍出来也最好看是吧。就香菇拯救了这个小火锅!



上面说了,量太少了,而且没有肉,我真心不饱啊。于是为了拯救这个火锅,我额外用锅煮了花枝丸、白菜和河粉,然后倒进小火锅里面泡着吃,最后总算饱了。不怕辛苦,多做多吃,冬天就要吃点好嘛!



被别人安利了这么久的火锅终于吃到了,味道不错,但是比起期望还是差了一点。但总算是试过了,安心啦!特此发一篇测评,给还没吃过的小伙伴们感受一下,买不买就看你们馋不馋啦!😄🤣🤣
