【Homemade Soy Sauce Chicken Soup Ramen🍜】
Soy sauce base made with kombu fish flower and soy sauce
Serve with the chicken stock from before
I was reading two ramen recipe books that I bought last night... I was shivering when I saw a 60cm high bucket pot, I really wanted to make a hard core ramen [yawn]
Next time I boil a little more chicken feet and chicken wings together, I guess it will make a pure white soup. I will rub my hands together excitedly.

【自制酱油鸡汤拉面🍜】
昆布木鱼花和酱油做的酱油底
配上之前的鸡高汤
昨天晚上在看新买的两本拉面食谱书…看到要60cm的高桶锅瑟瑟发抖,好想搞一个做硬核拉面[哈欠]
下次多整一点鸡爪鸡翅一起熬估计能出纯白汤 兴奋的搓搓小手
