Yami 특선 新年做菜打卡第7天! 太久没开烤箱的废人终于重新开始烘培了🤣做菜和烘培一个都不想扔呀! 做的是野上智宽的牛奶吐司方子,直接法!(下厨房有卖食谱书可以去买!) 我之前好像做吐司第一次发酵的时候都没有翻面过,然后一发时间也没那么长。 这次差不多一发了两个小时?一个半小时以后翻面折叠再发了30分钟。 面团分割成两个以后松弛30分钟,再整形二发! 感觉二发没太够,到烤箱里看的出来它还在试图上涨但是有点心有余而力不足🤣都差把吐司顶撑爆了哈哈 但是撕开以后也太软妹了吧!!!组织也好棒啊香香软软的想把脸埋进去🤤🤤
