Yami 특선 🍢在家做超简单日式关东煮Oden🍢おでん🍲 纽约这几天又迎来了史无前例的极寒天气🤧冷到残废❄️ 那就来做一份暖心又暖胃的日式关东煮吧🍲 通常关东煮会用到萝卜、魔芋、竹轮、豆腐之类的食材 实在冷到不想出门我就用家里现有的蔬菜🥬来做了 我用的是现成的关东煮汤料包很方便味道很鲜美! 煮任何蔬菜都好好吃呢而且料包的卡路里很低很低 就算是减肥用来煮水煮菜都完全不是问题🤤 一盒里面有6袋分装就算是一个人吃也不怕控制不好量 料包一定要少量多次倒入避免汤汁过咸就不好补救了 最后再用少许蒸鱼豉油和糖调整到你觉得满意的味道 巾着年糕是自己做的炸豆腐皮和年糕在日本超市买的 炸豆腐皮先焯水过油后用厨房纸吸干多余水份对半切开 年糕也是对半切开后塞入炸豆腐皮再用牙签固定住就行 准备好的汤煮开后先放入巾着年糕开小火煮至年糕变软 但不宜太久如果年糕煮化了就不好吃了要控制好时间 最后再放入其他的蔬菜🥬煮熟就可以出锅享用了🤤 我按自己的喜好撒了一些葱花提味然后喝了两碗汤😂 日式的汤比较清爽不油腻冬天这样来一碗真的很舒服了! 而且热量不高又能吃饱还不会胖是不是很完美呢🤣 不得不说Japan village的三文鱼刺身真的太新鲜了!! 吃起来略带甜味🤤一半做成刺身一半被我炙烤了~ 挤了些美乃滋再用喷枪烤到略微焦黄撒葱花和飞鱼籽🤤 又是好好吃的一天 真幸福😌 # 燃烧卡路里大作战 #
