Slimming-di, clock in on the twenty-third day
Breakfast-di ~ clock in on the sixth day
Auntie is coming = a day of paralysis
I don't know if I'm taking too much painkiller
Not very effective
It hurts so badly
And today's daylight saving time
I woke up at half past nine
So breakfast at ten o'clock
Breakfast with shredded chicken and cucumber sandwiches, chicken soup, cherry tomatoes
Not long after I finished eating it started to hurt me...
Then the second meal at three or four in the afternoon
Soba noodles with shredded chicken and cucumber (what vinaigrette did I use, as well as kewpie salad dressing and cold dressing (cold dressing is really my favorite, it's the heat emm)
And a bowl of chicken soup~

早餐-滴~打卡第六天
姨妈来了=瘫痪的一天
不知道是不是止痛药吃多了
都不太有效果了
疼得我太难受了
而且今天夏令时
我起床就九点半了
所以在十点吃的早餐
早餐吃了鸡丝黄瓜三明治,鸡汤,圣女果
吃完之后没多久开始疼死我……
然后下午三四点的第二顿
鸡丝黄瓜丝拌荞麦面(我用了什么醋汁,以及丘比沙拉酱和凉拌酱(凉拌酱真得是我挚爱,就是热量emm
还有一碗鸡汤~
