6. This one is quite round hahaha, fry it on low heat for about two minutes and you can turn it over.

Be careful when flipping, but I think bananas are firmer than sweet potato muffins and less prone to falling apart

【炸鸡厨房】简单健康🍌香蕉松饼🥞唤醒你的早晨

『早(午)餐打卡第10天』今天是上次红薯松饼的姊妹篇,同样是两种材料做出来的香蕉松饼。

我个人是更喜欢这一款的口感,而且香蕉比较甜不需要加糖也可以吃的很满足。

一根香蕉两个鸡蛋可以做下面这么一整盘松饼哦!

----------------------------------------

1. 熟透的香蕉一根(我这个剥皮大概130g),用叉子碾碎,可以稍微加一点香草精


2. 两个鸡蛋加到打蛋盆,用电动打单机打到稍微发白起泡。


3. 把鸡蛋糊加到香蕉泥里面用刮刀翻拌均匀,分次加入更容易融合也不容易消泡。


4.搅拌好的面糊就是这样的啦~


5. 我大概一个饼用1/2 cup的勺子,平底锅喷油稍微烧热了把面糊倒入锅中小火加热


6. 这个倒得比较圆哈哈哈,小火煎两分钟左右可以翻面。

翻面要小心哦,不过我觉得香蕉比红薯松饼坚固,不太容易散


7. 翻面之后再煎两分钟左右就好了,小火烘熟


锵锵锵~一大盘香蕉煎饼出锅了,前面几个火候没有把握好颜色有点深,之后就越来越摸到门路了。

毕竟每个锅脾气不一样嘛




这款pancake不需要加面粉但是口感很软糯,味道就是浓浓的香蕉味带着一点淡淡的蛋香味。

热着吃其实不会觉得很甜,喜欢甜的宝宝可以加点糖粉或者糖浆,要健康的话这么吃也很美味。
