Yami 특선 # 亚米真的6 # 每天一健康餐的我又来啦!!! 今天是蒜香煎鱼,水煮秋葵和通心粉沙拉🥗 买了一大袋子的鱼(catfish)变着花样做,三瓣蒜一根葱以及一条鱼(catfish filet)🐟,蒜切片葱切段热油下锅,炒出香味(我依然用的是PAM喷锅底的无卡路里的油!)然后把鱼放下去煎,怕腥的可以加一点料酒,我加了料酒一点生抽,盐🧂和胡椒粉~ 一直煎到两面焦黄就可以出锅啦!!真的非常的香… 我一闻到蒜香就不行了🙅 小锅加点水然后放点盐和几滴橄榄油,然后放一些通心粉下去,具体的量根据个人来改变~ 我这个人太懒了就把秋葵鸡蛋🥚一起放下去煮了。都煮熟了以后就可以出锅啦。鸡蛋🥚剥掉外壳放在一旁,将超市买的蔬菜和通心粉拌在一起,盐,胡椒粉,卡夫意大利油醋汁调味(温馨提示:那个油醋汁千万别倒多了!!我一不小倒多了酸到怀疑人生…)拌好以后放到盘子里,沙拉上面撒上了培根碎🥓还有我用手掰碎的鸡蛋,要是你们很精致那就用刀切吧哈哈我太懒了)秋葵就是普通的盐和胡椒粉,我觉得清淡的非常好吃,有一点点的甜味~ 同样是高蛋白低脂肪的一天!!之前为了戒糖不吃主食,一点碳水化合物都不摄入是不行的🙅通心粉,荞麦面或者藜麦都是减肥的好帮手!!超市有卖gluten-free的意面很推荐大家,所以一定记得摄入足够的蛋白和碳水❤️爱泥萌 #每日晚餐# #瘦身减脂# #好好坚持#
