01.香酥可口的土豆丝饼!
食材准备:土豆2个、葱花2勺、淀粉2勺、5香粉1勺、鸡蛋一小个,盐少许;
做法步骤:
1.土豆去皮,擦成丝,然后用清水冲洗几遍,洗净控水。
2.土豆丝里打入一个鸡蛋,加入葱花碎、淀粉、麻辣粉、搅拌均匀。
3.平底锅里刷油,舀入面糊,摊成圆饼状,成圆饼状,中火煎,煎至2面金黄就可以啦!
02.省事又好吃的速冻版煎饺!
食材准备:速冻水饺适量,油适量,醋适量;
做法步骤:
1.平底锅加适量油,然后把饺子直接码在锅里,摆得立起来,让饺子的底面接触锅底
2.用中火略煎2-3分钟后,加水(没过饺子一半),盖上锅盖,开大火
3等锅中的水差不多滚干后,即可出锅,最后配上醋,开吃吧!
03.不用揉面一学就会的香葱鸡蛋饼
食材准备:面粉100g、水150ml、鸡蛋1个、葱花适量、盐适量;
做法步骤:
1.碗里倒入面粉,打入一个鸡蛋,倒入水,搅拌成无颗粒的面糊状(状态类似浓稠的酸奶就差不多了)。
2.平底锅刷一层油,油热后,舀入面糊,撒入适量的葱花,分散均匀,小小火煎煎至定型后翻面,煎至两面金黄色即可出锅
