一只鸡(比较小的那种)去头去屁股去内脏。
鸡肉炖得比较烂,鸡骨头是酥软,汤偏浓稠。
其它材料:一个红枣、一个板栗、一条参、一些糯米。
可能泡久了,红枣和板栗味道没有味道。
我是加一点水烧开直接吃,煮好之后问起来挺香的。
