酥皮泡芙来一打~
儿子生日时候早上发现东西不太够吃,临时决定做的,因为找来找去发现酥皮泡芙最简单,材料和制作方法都是,结果我第一次做就大受好评,而且非常快,一小时搞定。
材料:
酥皮:
黄油80g
糖粉55g
低筋面粉100g
泡芙:
牛奶170g
无盐黄油75g
低筋面粉105g
鸡蛋3个
步骤一:制作酥皮
黄油软化加糖粉,搅拌至细腻再将低筋面粉分几次加入,搅拌至没有粉即可。用保鲜袋包住,整形成圆柱状,放入冰箱,等变硬方便切,同时开始制作泡芙。
步骤二:制作泡芙同时预热烤箱。
黄油、牛奶和糖混合。加热至沸腾,一分钟之后加入低筋面粉快速搅拌,至无颗粒再熄火。鸡蛋分几次打入面糊中,时刻搅拌,至均匀。
我家没有裱花袋,我就用的zip bag,剪开一侧小口能挤就行。
在烤盘上一坨泡芙盖一片酥皮,即可。
步骤三:
放入烤箱,180度25分钟,最后五分钟注意观察颜色,不要烤过。
