4.羊排烤好后不用急着切,先放一会。之后顺着羊排切开,可以看到切开来呈鲜嫩的粉红色的羊肉。
*有的人,不太喜欢羊肉的膻味可以在清理羊排的时候,将羊排透明的膜撕掉。以及在烤羊排时,切一些洋葱放在羊排下面一起烤。这样羊膻味就除去不少。
