Because toon can only be eaten in spring, this one is pickled~
So it is easy to store and soak in warm water for more than 2 hours before eating! !
Change the water frequently during the soaking period and the cooking will not be so salty~
Then squeeze out the water and cut it into an appropriate size and set it aside for later use!
Toon should be the most classic combination for scrambled eggs, right?
My method is three eggs and then ➕ half eggshell milk 🥛
Heat oil in the pan, fry the toona sinensis with a bit of chicken essence, and add the eggs~

To be honest, its smell doesn't appeal to me when I'm soaking the fragrance~
I don't think it smells delicious after frying it with eggs!
I can't describe the specific taste of it, but it just feels good! 😂
Pickled toon is definitely not as good as freshly picked.
It's worth a try for my first time eating it!
