[夏日晚餐]之清新寿喜烧😋

🍃🍃🍃最近疯狂爱上了做各种寿喜烧锅,今天来一个小清新版本的改良寿喜烧,适合吃腻了肥甘厚味的盆友们😋😋😋 


在亚米买的这款鲜菌汤用来做底汤非常适合夏天,仔细一看一包汤料的卡路里是116,比起麻辣类的底料算是非常少的了,而且一包正好煮一锅,太方便了~~~


根据自己的口味可以加入不同的蔬菜,这次我选了白菜、豆腐、藕片和香菇。下次准备试试魔芋,木耳和娃娃菜🍅🌽🌶

我的心得是先烧半锅开水,再加汤料煮沸,然后再放入食材。这样可以让汤汁充分被蔬菜吸收,更加入味❤️❤️❤️😋😋😋 之后再放入几片肉,煮六七分钟就算大功告成啦~~~(^_^)v

一锅鲜蔬汤1️⃣5️⃣分钟就可以搞定,方便快捷。白菜豆腐和香菇完全吸饱了鲜菌汤的精华,一口菜一口汤,作为不想吃主食的晚餐也不用担心长肉,夏天要时刻警惕自己身材的妹子们不用发愁晚餐吃什么啦👻👻👻
