Cold dishes are the easiest.
The general formula is as follows
Vinegar sesame oil, garlic paste, chili oil salt, a little sugar, a little chicken essence (if you don't like it, don't add it), or crushed peanuts for flavor (if you don't like peanuts, don't add it).
Vinegar is the key. I used the water tower bought by YAMI to mature vinegar.
