当然 小熊发面机的恒温醒面功能 也功不可没啦
✅周五晚上和面
✅周六基本上 室温发酵一天 （没啥变化）晚上放到小熊里面恒温发酵了三小时
✅今早上 大概室温自由发酵了一下
揉面 大概半小时吧 就弄好了
蒸箱preheat之后 20分钟 出锅
真的太漂亮啦
