When opening the can, there is quite a lot of water first, the color of quail eggs is not very white, and the protein is relatively hard, maybe it is like this as canned food😂 I put a few of them in for cooking noodles, and it tasted like the egg yolk was too rotten and a little fishy! # 亚米经验值+1 # 现在都买不到新鲜的鹌鹑蛋了很想吃😋 看到有罐头的买来试试看！打开罐头首先水量挺多的，鹌鹑蛋颜色不是很白，蛋白也比较硬，可能作为罐头食品就是这样的吧😂 拿来煮面条放了几颗，吃起来感觉蛋黄太烂了，还有一点点腥！看来还是得拿去和卤肉一起卤看看！
