Well, I ate a preserved egg first...the yolk looks like it's fully cooked (?), but it doesn't feel plastic. Then egg whites (or egg blacks? 😂) won't be very soft. It's delicious anyway. [This is a comment from someone who hasn't eaten Chinese food in 5 months, everyone decides for themselves hhhh
嗯，先吃了一个皮蛋……蛋黄是那种完全熟了的样子（？），但是又不会有塑料感。然后蛋白（或者蛋黑？😂）不会很软。反正挺好吃的嗯。【这是5个月没吃到中国餐的人的评论，大家自行斟酌hhhh
