Baked cold noodles are also self-operated by Yami. Before, this was only given to me by my lover 😍

I used to love grilled cold noodles in China. I have done it a few times and I have mastered a little bit of skills. Today, I use the method of frying and frying to make two kinds of fried cold noodles. Personally, I prefer fried roasted cold noodles.

Sprinkle a little oil in the pan, put a piece of grilled cold noodles and fry it on low heat

Add an egg to break up and turn it over carefully when it is slightly solidified. After the egg is solidified, it will not fall apart easily. It is easier to use two wooden shovels when turning over, because the cold noodles are very soft, so don't use too much force.

After turning over, spray a little water to prevent it from hardening.

Because I only received Baked Cold Noodles and no garlic chili sauce, I can only add the ingredients I have on hand. I think Fu Chili Sauce, Soybean Sauce and Sweet Noodle Sauce are very suitable. Of course, the garlic chili sauce is the most authentic, but the most important thing is that it is convenient and happy to eat by yourself.
You can add some vinegar and sugar, it won't be too heavy and taste very strong.

I added two kinds of fillings, the pork belly and the small sausages that I lacked before. To add coriander Oh!

Or if you are lazy, the eggs will be fried directly after flipping over. The seasoning is the same. It is convenient and delicious to eat with chopsticks. I also added spinach myself 💋

亚米也有烤冷面啦啦啦

烤冷面也有亚米自营的啦，之前都只有今天这个是爱人送我的😍

以前在国内也超级喜欢烤冷面自己做过几次稍微掌握了一点点技巧，今天用煎和炒的做法做两种炒冷面，个人其实更爱吃炒的烤冷面

油锅撒一点油，放一片烤冷面小火煎

加一个鸡蛋打散等稍稍凝固的时候小心的翻面，鸡蛋凝固之后翻不容易散架。翻得时候用两个木铲比较容易翻，因为烤冷面很软不要太用力哦

翻面之后喷一点水防止变硬。

因为只收到了烤冷面没有蒜蓉辣酱所以我只能加自己手头有的材料，我觉得福辣酱，黄豆酱和甜面酱都很搭。当然蒜蓉辣酱最正宗，不过方便而且自己吃的开心最重要啦。
可以加点醋和白糖，不会很重的味道很提味。

我加了两种馅，之前缺德舅的五花肉和小香肠。要加香菜喔！

最后卷起来我会用手辅助，但是小心烫噢！

或者懒的话鸡蛋翻面之后就直接炒散了，调料都一样，炒出来用筷子吃又方便又好吃 我还自己加了菠菜💋
