【收藏篇】手残党也做得出来的各式甜点!




这一篇是想跟大家分享一下我的懒人甜品做法.上图就是其中的成品.


首先呢一定要准备【Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry sheets】你可以用它来做任何口味的酥.什么什么苹果派.菠萝派.甚至各式蛋挞..总之百搭单品.懒人必备!零失败



👆一般在超市的冷冻柜里都看得见.




【准备动手】


一个盒子里面有2张皮.我会建议每张切9块小正方形.






【芒果酥】


先示范一下芒果酥做法.

在这里建议大家一定要买那种很甜很甜的软芒果.不然你需要放好多糖粉和炼奶.不然酸到朋友都不认识!我图片里芒果就是硬硬那种.



芒果块切成这样大小即可.



往芒果上洒点sugar powder.



然后往皮边上涂上打散的鸡蛋(全鸡蛋就可以)之后对折三角形.用叉子按压边缘.使得两个皮粘黏在一起.最后.在皮的表面滑3刀(力度不要太大.不弄破皮即可)










然后放一旁.接着我们做点


【香蕉酥】


按照同样的步骤.加新鲜的香蕉陷.做香蕉酥(在app“下厨房里看见很多仙女都会在香蕉陷里加鲜奶和炼奶进去.会更香甜.)我觉得香蕉已经很甜了.而且要做一个健康的吃货.最重要是因为我很懒.哈哈哈.所以其它食材pass.









【红豆酥】


紧接着.我最最最爱的就是红豆酥了.红豆真的对女人很好.多吃点哦.步骤同上.







最后就是把之前包好的芒果/香蕉/红豆酥都放入烤盘里.记得铺上油纸.在这些表皮上抹上鸡蛋液.放入烤箱里400.烤大概20-25分钟.



【女王有话说】


然后泡一杯自己喜欢的茶/果汁/牛奶.就可以慢慢享受啦!真的很香.满屋子都是甜甜的烤脆皮味道.真的是外酥内软.吃好几个都不会觉得腻.


最后再容我啰嗦几句:


🌟Puff Pastry Sheets记得隔天晚上从冷冻箱放到保鲜冰箱里软化一下.这样隔天开始做.它的皮软度就刚刚好了.


烤箱记得一定要预热10分钟左右.每家的烤箱都会有不同.所以时间真的需要自己把握.观察皮的颜色.一般金黄色以后都已经可以了.喜欢酥脆的.可以把温度调小一些.多考一会.


是不是很简单呢.同一个步骤.只需换内陷.真的可以做出好多种不同的甜品出来.我最爱红豆酥.老公最喜欢榴莲酥的.但是最近超市里的榴莲都不新鲜.所以这里没有给大家展示.伙伴们如果想做的话.可以按照这里的步骤.把内陷用榴莲取代即可.(记得在榴莲肉里加点炼奶.搅拌均匀即可)
