Steamed Pork Ribs and Egg Bibimbap

I made a nutritious, fast and healthy dish at noon——Steamed pork ribs and eggs Rice+choy sum with sesame oil and brine. I would like to share it with you here, and I wish you all the same delicious food as I do in your busy days.



1⃣️ Cut the ribs into pieces, add oil, salt, sugar, soy sauce, raw Powder, garlic granules, marinate for about 10minutes.


2⃣️ Beat the eggs, add some salt to the yolks.



3⃣️ Steam after boiling10minutes.



4⃣️ Look through the lens,



5⃣️ Take a close-up look.



5⃣️ Add salt nicely (the water is already boiling because Steam, save yourself the trouble), pour in the vegetables.



6⃣️ Okay, pour all the pork ribs and eggs on the rice and stir . Let's eat, have fun!

蒸排骨鸡蛋拌饭

中午做了一道营养快捷健康的菜——蒸排骨鸡蛋拌饭+麻油盐水菜心。在此分享给大家,祝大家在忙碌的日子里也能和我一样享受好吃的。



1⃣️ 排骨切块,加入油、盐、糖、酱油、生粉、蒜粒,腌制10分钟左右。


2⃣️ 打蛋,加入适量盐在蛋黄。



3⃣️ 水滚后蒸10分钟即可。



4⃣️ 远镜看一下,



5⃣️ 近镜看一下。



5⃣️ 美美地加入盐(水已经是烧开了的,因为蒸,省事吧),倒入蔬菜。



6⃣️ 好了,连排骨鸡蛋带汁全部倒米饭上,搅拌。开吃,开心极了!



今天没有煲汤,而且有点热,饭后来一杯冰牛奶麦片加珍珠喝一下,人生如此完美!😊
