Cheese Croquette

Want to eat croquette but don't want to fry? Don't worry, if you don't need to fry it, just fry it! Use bread crumbs instead of oil, which is healthier than frying.....

400grams of steamed and mashed potatoes


180gram chicken steamed and pureed


Mash potatoes and chopped green onion (optional) and mix well


Add chicken and mix well


Take a small mashed potato, add cheese (optional) and make a ball


Press into cake



Flour-Eggs -Breadcrumbs (repeat 2times) p>


Fry until golden on both sides (a little innovation, I used pancake panFried😁)

芝士可乐饼

想吃可乐饼,但是不想用炸的?别担心,不用炸的那就用煎的呗!用面包糠代替了油的作用,相比炸的健康一点.....

400克土豆蒸熟压泥


180克鸡肉蒸熟弄成泥


土豆泥加葱花(可以不加)搅匀


加入鸡肉搅匀


拿一小土豆泥,放入芝士(可不加)搓圆


压成饼



面粉-鸡蛋-面包糠(重复2次)


煎至两面金黄(小小的创新了一下,用了pancake pan煎了😁


成品来咯……
