【女人恩物】红豆芋头糖水

一包红豆(400克)浸泡一晚后,放入加水的锅里把红豆煮烂(如图)


PS. 水尽量多放,因为红豆在煮的过程中仍然会吸收水分的)

加入切粒的芋头(份量随你喜好,喜欢的可以多加一点,也可不加)


芋头粒煮熟后,放入两片片糖(份量可以自行增加/减少),等之片糖完全融化就OK啦!


步骤、食材都很简单,但是却是女人生理期时的大帮手!平时也尽量不要吃冰冷、刺激性的东西,注意休息,大姨妈才会对你nice😉
