韩综看多了,发觉总有炸酱面的出现,然后就觉得一定要自己做一次!😂😂😂但是因为我不喜欢吃五花肉的原因,所以就做了个素版的,做法、材料都很简单,也不费时间,希望大家吃得健康哦😉😉😉(以下食谱是2-3人份量)



主要材料~~


两个鸡蛋两汤匙水搅拌均匀,热锅热油,将鸡蛋打散成鸡蛋碎


热锅热油,将7-8瓣大蒜碎炒香后,加入100克甜面酱、50克黄豆酱、100毫升水,煮至酱汁变糊状,加入之前炒好的鸡蛋、50宽容豌豆粒、50克粟米粒,翻炒1分钟

200克挂面煮两分半钟,捞出放冰水里浸泡一下,沥干水份
