做法:

7. 把锡纸上涂油,把准备的菜均匀铺在上面。在菜上涂油,再撒调味料和香菜碎。金针菇我是铺一层涂一次油撒一次调料再铺下一层,这样会比较入味

8. 等预热好了以后,戴上烘培用的厚手套把这个铺好食物的架子小心的放进烤箱(别烫了!),计时20分钟

9.20分钟后打开烤箱观察一下,不够焦的话再烤8分钟

10. 小心滴把食材拿出来,开吃!
