看到自己记录这个水果茶的微博说里面加了六种水果   数了数   就是☝🏻上面这六种   苹果   提子   草莓   樱桃   柠檬   猕猴桃(金奇异果)


因为上学期有段时间自己买了太多水果(最多的时候达到九种)   最后剩一些不知道怎么处理   因为那个时候get了煮苹果水的新方法   就想着不如把它们全一块煮了吧   然后就有了这个👇🏻一锅子还挺好看

简单粗暴并没有什么技巧   水果切片/切块扔锅里就行


水开后中小火煮大概二十分钟左右吧   这个会越煮越酸的因为柠檬和别的水果的酸味都煮出来了🤣

出锅之后是这个颜色的~这是在黄光灯下   在白光灯下浅一点   超级好看   味道酸酸甜甜的   感觉自己在喝维生素😆

煮苹果水是从李诞女朋友黑尾酱微博看到的   她说苹果切块加水煮两个小时会出果胶而且超好喝


因为我本来就不喜欢吃苹果尤其是脆的   所以没怎么买过苹果   但是我挺喜欢苹果汁   看到这个方法后立刻买苹果尝试了一下   真的超好喝!!!!


方法:一个苹果切块后放入锅里加两杯水   水开后转小火煮两个小时


根据苹果颜色的不同结果会不一样👇🏻下面第一张图就是一个皮比较红的苹果煮出来的   粉粉嫩嫩的   第二张是没那么红的苹果煮出来的   而且煮得比较久   有点点浑浊(大概是我按压了苹果块)   杯子里面还有苹果块   因为麻麻说煮完的苹果也要吃   不过不管苹果红不红煮完都是没啥颜色了


如果苹果甜根本不需要加糖   不甜的话可以加一点点
