亚米达人@老胖儿已经说过糖醋排骨懒人做法啦 我一般也是按那个方法做的 所以就不细说啦 说一个更懒人的做法 不煎排骨直接下锅煮 撇掉浮沫后加料酒生抽糖醋1:2:3:4 如果喜欢吃酸的就糖醋比例对调 然后大火煮开 中火煮二十分钟 大火收汁就好啦 不过这样做排骨就不会焦焦的 是比较嫩的口感 我比较喜欢~ 图2收汁还没收够有点稀 封面就很OK😝
