Deboned the chicken thighs and cut them into small pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices, then put the chicken and potatoes in separate pots and marinate them. The same, the heavy mouth and light mouth are different, if you eat light food, put less soy sauce and oyster sauce, if you eat heavy, put a little more. Heat the oven to500Fahrenheit while it rests, and bake on top and bottom. In the meantime, wrap the baking sheet with foil. 准备材料:鸡腿(鸡胸肉也行,没要求)土豆,酱油,料酒,蕃茄酱,蚝油,白糖少许,孜然粉,芝麻,马苏里拉奶酪,大蒜


所有材料我没用集合拍照,因为到家太晚了,一边做一边随手就拍了,现在刚吃完饭,坐在饭桌这码字呢😂😂不废话了我写做法。



❗️❗️❗️再啰嗦下,我家四个人用了四个鸡腿四个中小size的土豆,请根据你们家自己的饭量做参考,这个适合现做现吃,不适合在回炉加热。


把鸡腿肉剔骨,切成小块。土豆去皮切薄片,然后把鸡肉和土豆各分一个盆装上腌制,把酱油,料酒,蕃茄酱,蚝油,白糖和大蒜末一起放进去,用手抓一抓,然后静置10分钟。


❗️❗️❗️这里我要啰嗦的是,我给的腌制材料没有给你们量,是因为每个人口味不一样,口重口轻都不一样,如果吃东西淡就少放点酱油和蚝油,重的就多放一点,拌好了用舌头稍微舔一下尝尝可不可以。









只拍了腌制鸡肉的照片,土豆的忘记了😂😂





静置期间把烤箱加热到500华氏度,上下火烤。期间把烤盘用锡纸包上。然后把腌制好的土豆铺在底层,上面铺上腌制好的鸡腿肉,放烤箱里烤制25分钟。这个时间不是绝对的,取决于你的烤制东西的量,时间加减自己掌握,没事勤观察。
