今天又回归一波#格格的厨房#系列 想要给大家分享一款昨天做的超级好吃好看的夏日凉拌菜——凉拌杏鲍菇~(为什么说是夏日因为AZ现在都还是天天30多度😆)其实呢这也是我第一次尝试这样做杏鲍菇 但是感觉比以前的炝炒啊 炒肉丝什么好吃多了! 并且夏天多吃杏鲍菇对身体也有很大的好处~杏鲍菇具有降血脂 降胆固醇 促进胃肠消化 增强机体免疫能力 防止心血管病等功效! 




这道凉拌杏鲍菇不仅颜值高味道也是超级爽口的 非常的麻辣开胃下饭 关键是还特别简单好上手! 也适合像我这样特别懒不想做大菜的人和厨房小白们☺️




首先需要准备食材: 杏鲍菇4 3 葱蒜香菜小米椒适量

Step1: 先将杏鲍菇切片上锅蒸熟(8-10minutes) 蒸熟后出锅手撕成丝或者切丝




Step2: 将切好的杏鲍菇放入碗中 (另取小碗调料 加入盐 鸡精 花椒油 辣椒油 生抽 小米椒搅拌)淋在杏鲍菇上




Step3: 淋好调料的杏鲍菇上放入适量蒜末 香菜   另起锅加入少许油然后烧热后淋到表面!
