✨前天的 半个西红柿半根黄瓜一点吞拿鱼(泰式甜辣酱味儿的 好吃 只是为了可怜一下自己)加了瓶养乐多
✨昨天的 半个牛油果 被子里是plain yogurt加大麦若叶 可怜自己加了点蜂蜜
✨之前煮的薏仁绿豆西米 西米给煮化了…来姨妈加了块红糖

✨Zespri的猕猴桃都好好吃 尤其是黄心 没有毛
✨减肥第二天的晚饭 柿子好好吃 美国超市什么时候上柿子啊 吞拿鱼是in ranch的 也不错
