【秀羊分享】微电脑电炖盅蒸蛋


这个锅买来我就赶紧用了起来!我的天。这个炖盅真的超级无敌好用!!


👇是我用它蒸的蛋揭开盖子以后的样子。超嫩超滑,口感特别棒!


 



这个锅就是长这样哈~👇是说明书。


 



里面有一个大的白陶瓷炖盅,两个0.5L的白陶瓷小炖盅。所以炖一次可够两个人至三个人吃。


因为它有预约的功能,最长一次能预约24小时!真的是太方便啦!这样晚上把食材放进小盅里,设置上时间,早上起床就可以吃上热乎乎又营养的早餐啦!!

打一个鸡蛋,打匀。

按鸡蛋液与水1:1.51:2的比例调匀。


拌匀以后用勺子去掉表面的泡泡。留下平滑的蛋液。倒入炖盅,盖上盖子,放入机器内。


然后沸水20分钟(此机器耗时)揭开看看蛋液的凝固情况,用筷子戳一下,如果底部没有蛋液流动,就好了,一般还需要一会儿。自行掌控。


然后就可以取出来加上生抽香油吃啦!
