
[Fried Chicken Kitchen] Thanksgiving for one person – big and soft pancake ❤
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Fried chicken has no plans to go out to eat for Thanksgiving alone. In the morning, I thought about what to eat for lunch and what to eat for dinner. In the end, I decided to eat pancakes that I want to eat every day.
I made healthy versions of oatmeal pancakes and fluffy soufflé pancakes before, but today I decided to make a greedy Giant Pancake.
Don't look at how big it is, it costs less than $2! And it's also very healthy. I use stevia instead of sugar (I don't dare to eat too much sugar for acne), the total calories are less than 500 calories, the protein is 30g, and the sugar comes from honey and yogurt.
Well, I know you guys are a little excited, so I will quietly contribute my recipes😉

1. Separate the egg yolk and egg white, beat the egg white separately, and add sugar in stages (I added stevia at the end, because I'm not sure if adding it first will affect the beat 😂)
2. Mix the egg yolk, yogurt and vegetable oil well, then add the sifted flour and mix well.
3. Add 1/3 of the egg white batter to the egg yolk batter and mix well, then pour it back into the white batter and mix well.
4. Spread a little butter on the pan, put a 6-inch mousse ring (covered with baking paper to prevent sticking), pour in the mixed batter, cover the pan and simmer for 20 minutes on the lowest heat, wait for the basic setting, then bake the mousse ring and bake Take off the paper, turn it over and simmer for 10 minutes on the lowest heat!

Put the big muffin on the plate, isn't it huge haha

【炸鸡厨房】感恩节一人食–又大又软的pancake❤
大家感恩节快乐!
炸鸡一个人过感恩节也没有要出门吃饭的计划,早上翻来覆去想了半天午餐吃什么晚餐吃什么。 最后决定还是吃最近每天都想吃的pancake。
之前做了健康版的燕麦pancake和松软的舒芙蕾pancake,今天决定做个贪心的Giant Pancake。
别看它这么大,成本不到2美元哦!而且也很健康,我用的stevia代替白糖(长痘痘实在不敢吃太多糖),总共热量不到500卡路里,蛋白质30g,糖分都来自蜂蜜,酸奶。
好了我知道你们有点心动了,我就悄悄把我的食谱贡献出来吧😉

1.蛋黄蛋清分开,蛋清单独打发,分次加入白糖(我最后加的stevia,因为不确定先加会不会影响打发😂)
2. 蛋黄加酸奶和植物油搅拌均匀之后加入过筛的粉类混合均匀。
3. 蛋白糊加三分之一到蛋黄糊翻拌均匀之后再倒回去蛋白糊翻拌均匀。
4. 平底锅抹一点黄油,放上6寸慕斯圈(套上烘焙纸防粘),倒入混合的面糊盖锅最小火焖20分钟,等基本定型之后把慕斯圈和烘焙纸拿下来翻面再最小火焖10分钟就好啦!

大松饼放到盘子上,是不是很大块头哈哈
