Last year - yes yes "2018"

When I went to San Francisco last year, I spent the night at my 2 aunt's house,

I was hungry, so I took the freshly bought snails as a late-night snack.

It's "uncle" who cooks for me.

Minced Garlic - Chili green peppers that need to be minced.
The snails need to be cleaned. Soak in salt for 20 minutes.
Hot pan - pour oil - a tablespoon of "Lee Kum Kee Garlic Tempeh".
When the oil starts to crackle, add the chopped garlic and chilli. Fry until fragrant.
Put the small conch. Stir fry. Stir fry.
Continue to stir fry until each small conch is fully cooked, then cover the pot and simmer for a while.
20 minutes. Because the first time was too early, and some were not fully cooked, my uncle bore me for another 10 minutes.
It's out!  It's out!
The taste of the ocean, slightly spicy. Seasoned with Lee Kum Kee's Garlic Tempeh, it's just different and delicious.
Pick the meat with a toothpick, and sometimes suck it with your mouth. Sizzling, not suitable for eating in high-end restaurants.
The 90-year-old uncle cooks supper for us. It is a kind of happiness and a hard-won love.
My uncle was also a famous chef when he was young.

感恩有你

去年-是的没错”2018年“

去年去三藩市的时候,晚上在2姑妈家过夜,

肚子饿,就拿了新鲜买回来的”螺“作为宵夜。

为我烹煮的是”姑丈“。

蒜蓉-辣青椒,需要剁碎。
螺肉需要洗干净。再盐泡个20分钟。
热锅-倒油-一大勺”李锦记蒜蓉豆豉“。
油开始噼里啪啦,放上切好的蒜蓉和辣椒。炒出香味。
放入小海螺。爆炒。爆炒。
不断翻炒,要让每一个小海螺熟透,然后盖上锅子”闷一下。
20分钟吧。因为第一次太早,有些还没熟透,姑丈再给给我闷了10分钟。
出锅啦! 出锅啦!
海洋的味道,微微辣。有李锦记的蒜蓉豆豉调味,就是不一样,特美味。
要用牙签去挑肉出来,有时还要用嘴去吸。嗞嗞响,不适宜在高级吃餐馆吃。
年迈90的姑丈为我们煮宵夜,是一种幸福,是一种来之不易的爱。
姑丈年轻时候也是名大厨。
